Fluid was a digital agency primarily focused on ecommerce experiences for luxury fashion brands. As they looked to expand into the product and service design space, I was brought in as a consultant to support their new client, Citibank®. I quickly moved up to lead the team on the creation and launch of the mobile experience to upgrade higher wealth clients to the Citigold app. Conception to release took just over 6 months, during which we conducted weekly research, established agile collaboration & processes with product owners, engineers, and business analysts. We also met regularly with legal & compliance teams to evolve expectations and risk acceptance in order to provide users with a modern, efficient, and elegant experience.
In addition to the Citi project, I supported the team on other efforts, such as Puma, JBL, and fintech pitches.

As part of Fluid’s efforts to expand into the service design space, we pitched a concept for a financial planning app aimed at millennials who are looking to save money and set goals, while still being able to afford travel and other aspects of their lifestyle.
